We need to move to a smart raw food diet.Too much of our food today is processed.Take white wheat or refined sugar for example.Both these foods have been depleted of some or all their minerals vitamins or fibre to the point where they are not really food at all.
The bones break down due to lack of calcium, and the thyroid breaks down due to lack of iodine.If you eat whole food you will have a whole body.
The problem is most food is produced by multi nationals who have no interest in people's health only producing that which will generate the largest profit.
We should also be eating food in the right proportions.Currently in most diets there is an overload of fat and protein and not enough carbohydrates.The proportion should be 80% carbohydrates 10% fat and 10% protein.A diet of raw vegan food can provide this balance as by cutting out dairy and meat you will be reducing both your protein and fat in take.
Just watch out you are not eating too many nuts and seeds as some of these have more fat than beef!
Next we need to have the right ph balance, that is the correct mix of acid and alkalinity.Of course fruit and vegetables are good sources of alkaline, whereas meat is highly acidic.The balance needs to be in favour of an alkaline state so here's another good reason to drop the meat.
Add some variety to your diet.Don't just eat dates for breakfast every day,the next day eat a pear.You body needs a mix of all those good fruit and vegetables.
Most people eat vegetables that have been cooked.Eat them raw and you preserve the enzymes needed by your body, and the food becomes that much more easy to digest.
By eating the right food you will find the instance of sickness will fall.Too many of us just run to the doctor for that magic pill that will make us well again.I have not had been really sick since I was a child and I put that down to following a good diet.If you are eating the wrong food no amount of pills will bring you to optimum health.
So go raw but just make sure the balance of nutrients is correct.
